This is a horrible app. The old one was much better. Really what made them think this one is better. Like when I make a payment all it does is tell me to pay the full amount not the monthly amount I've been giving for the past years I had this insurance. Please fix the whole app but also when you give a payment give us the option to pay the monthly payments not the full amount we owe. Plus the whole layout of this app is really bad.

Horrible. The old version was slightly better. It keeps crashing when entering an email in the registration process or won't let me move on past step 2. I thought it was something I typed wrong or missed but it won't or can't alert IF I did anything wrong and after an hour of trying I can't figure out how to update , process or move on last the 2nd step. This new version is the worst. Do not download unless you have time to waste .

Glitchy. Can push buttons because screens don't display to screen size. They are bigger than screen. Can scroll all the way down on any given page.
