About this app

Aprox runs your Proxmox VE cluster from your phone and your tablet.

It is built for the half of the job that happens away from a desk: the alert at dinner, the snapshot before the risky upgrade, the container that needs restarting from the train. The layout adapts as it goes — one hand on a phone, both panes on a tablet.

OPERATE
• Start, shut down, reboot, pause, hibernate, reset and stop VMs and containers
• Restart, shut down and Wake-on-LAN a whole node — a shutdown asks you to type the node's name first
• Snapshots — take, roll back, delete, with the RAM state if you want it
• Back up now to any storage, and see every scheduled job and when it next runs
• Clone a guest, full or linked, and migrate one to another node
• Cluster and per-node task lists, with full logs and the ability to stop a running task

SEE
• A cluster-wide dashboard: capacity actually in use, what has been promised to guests, and whether that is a plan or a problem
• CPU, memory, disk and network history for every node, guest and storage
• Guest agent details — IP addresses, hostname, the OS that is actually running
• Node maintenance: pending updates, failed services, disk and SMART health

BUILD
• Create VMs and LXC containers with guided wizards
• Edit the hardware of both — disks, network, CPU, memory, devices — with every pending change listed before you apply it
• Browse an appliance template catalog and download straight to a node
• Storage browsing, upload, download-from-URL, and restore from any backup
• Firewall rules at cluster, node and guest level

CONNECT
• A built-in VNC console with a real keyboard, plus SPICE and serial
• Password, API token, two-factor and custom realm sign-in
• Certificate pinning for self-signed clusters, which is most homelabs
• Nothing leaves your device: Aprox talks to your cluster and to nobody else. No account, no telemetry, no relay server.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
• A widget that shows what is running without opening the app
• Launcher shortcuts straight into a cluster
• A progress notification that follows a migration or a backup while you are somewhere else
• Alerts when a node drops, a task fails or a backup does not run

TRY IT WITHOUT A SERVER
Aprox ships with a complete demo cluster that runs entirely on-device. Nodes, guests, snapshots, tasks, consoles — everything works, nothing is a screenshot. Open it before you type a single credential.

APROX PRO
The free app browses your cluster and shows you everything above. Pro unlocks the console, guest creation, hardware editing, storage management, snapshots, backups, clones, migration, node maintenance and alerts. Available monthly, yearly or as a one-time lifetime purchase, with a 7-day free trial on the subscriptions.

Requires a Proxmox VE 7.0 or newer server that you already run. Aprox is an independent client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Proxmox Server Solutions GmbH. Proxmox is a registered trademark of its owner.
Run your Proxmox VE cluster: VMs, LXC, snapshots, backups and a VNC console.

Pretty decent for viewing stats & resources etc. Only issue is trying to use the console(which you have to buy a license to use) its hard to see/use on phone because screen is so small.. which you dont realize till after you've already paid $5.99 for a lifetime license it should probably give you a preview or something.. /shrug

This is a great App. It has helped me to be more efficient without having to first get to my laptop in case of emergencies while on the move. To the Dev team; Pliz note that the keyboard is not able to understand "!" it mistakes it for "1"

Great app. We have 100's if VM's and it would be great if we could either have the VMs sorted by name or search by name. also be great if we can scale the console since on some virtual machines it's very hard to read. (I'm using the pro version)

What’s new

Fixed: if you bought Aprox Pro on Android years ago, the rewrite stopped recognising your purchase and asked you to pay for it a second time. It is honoured again, and there is nothing for you to do — open the app. Every purchase ever made in Aprox unlocks Pro, whichever product it was bought as, and a dropped connection to the Play Store can no longer take Pro away while it reconnects.
