In this organizer you don’t set the alarm, the app calculates how long it will take you to make it on time at your event place, when is the good time to start driving and set the alarm automatically. At The Cake Makery, our advice is simple - first start with the basic cost for you to make a cake, this includes the ingredients for the cake, the sugar paste that you cover it and the buttercream that you fill it with.

The App has 6 main parts. Todo lists provide the Wedding Planner with ready to use plans that you can customize easily for your own event. The task lists provide a breakdown of the preparation steps with suggested dates relative to the event date as well as tips and tricks for the different activities.
You can fully customize the task list to develop your own plan. Beside two templates for weddings there are others for organizing parties (like a Ball, Birthday Party, Anniversaries etc.) or Conferences such as Annual Marketing and Sales Conferences, Corporate Meetings, Product Launches, User Conferences or Exhibitions.
The app has a very comprehensive Supplier Management facility supporting you in your research of different products and services. Event Planners can manage the contact details, product offerings and the agreement that you finally enter with the vendor such as list prices and the finally agreed price. All suppliers are event independent which means that they are stored separately and can be re-used on a number of different events.This way you can build a large supplier database with proven relationships that make organizing recurring events easier.
Does budgeting and managing your cost for big events make you scared? eVWe Event and Wedding Planner does all the work for you. While you research suppliers and make decisions on the different items eVWe Planner records the cost associated and provides it back in an easy to understand budget report.
Each Event Type has its own budget template which allows different budget structures for different setups. For example a wedding requires items such as a wedding dress, celebrants, reception venues etc. Corporate events or Exhibitions have a completely different structure. eVWe Planner takes this difference into account.
The contact database manages all your contacts whether they are suppliers or guest(participants). You can import contacts from your Android contacts or you can manage them individually.
For your Guests you can maintain a broad guest list of people that you would like to invite. You can refine this list once you worked out how many guests your budget allows and you can select individual guests to be invited. Finally you can manage the responses for the final attendance list.
Once you have your final guest list you can create different placement plans. For example you can organise accommodation for participants and assign them to the different Hotels in an Accommodation Plan. You can set up a different plan for the seating at the Gala Event of a conference, the reception at wedding or group your participants into groups of up to 100 people.

The Labor Hours (or Cost) versus Physical Progress Calculation has to be viewed as a critical metric for any contractor. Our app has both to use. It measures “what is produced and billable for the cost (or hours) expended”. This simple metric largely determines profitability on each job and in total, each company. Successful projects make for successful construction firms. It is a one-way street. Our research indicates 90% of all cost overruns are caused by labor issues on projects, so keeping a close eye on this direct cost should be a daily focus. Having daily comparisons and projections of total cost is what this app delivers. Daily updates keeps management proactivity high.
Each app is customizable. 50 unique tasks and cost codes may be inputted along with their budget and units estimated. Units completed, hours expended and cost accumulated can be updated each day or week. The calculator computes immediately.
There are two calculators in this app. 1) Labor hours 2) Cost. Each is measured against physical progress. You can use one or both at the same time.
Physical progress is measured in completed units. If there are x units of total work in a task then, placing the completed work units gives the exact percent complete. It is a control feature. The executive can physically count or measure work completed as a double check. For set-up of a task, place hours needed along with a unit count of 1. This will keep a slow start due to set up isolated.
The app will project a best case and worst case outcome. For instances where a savings is projected, the numbers will be negative (-). The reverse is true for unproductive (loss) situations. This makes the report accurate and honest.
