The worst RO is this Kent Ro.... I am still repenting not buying Zero B pristine again..... These thieves will not change your filters even if you your machine is under warranty... It's simply not covered.... Not less than dacoits... The non working app is even worse....
The worst company Service. If you buy a kent product you are invest Bad. You register for a service again again and again but no service man will come to provide you service. Evenly if you call service man after you are a coustomer, you can get slang language and directly refused by him to service your product. If you complain via phone or chat option company representative first send you a apology message and give you 24 hours times for service. But if you believe them, then you definitely waste your many more 24 hours but net result is big zero. Don't buy Kent product, Don't waste your money
Sign up with my registered mobile and it is not showing my product in app. I have complaint three time for ro service. Its 1 month no executive come to service and even they don't contact. Its showing they just want to sell their product no further responsibility.
Don't buy, save yourself trouble of having endless service visits and never ending costs of replacing filters. The filters keep on bursting open repeatedly. And the expensive filters are not covered in warranty or even service contract. Worst quality ever. We bought the top model RO+UV+UF. Since last year, every 2 months or so it stops working due to some or the other reason. Kent has worst quality products. Yesterday also, one of the filters got burst open ... Replacement cost is 2800..and guess what.. It's not covered under warranty or service contract... Have decided to get rid of it.
Worst app. My product registration is pending since last one week. Staff is not able to understand the problem. I download this app on 12/06/2017 and register my 9 years old Kent RO system, but app is still showing it as pending. Then what is the use of App if still I have to note complaint on phone
