Never had an issue with this app, until a few months ago. Now when I try to log into my account, it says my credentials are incorrect (they're not.) Or, sometimes I get an "Unknown Error" and it says it's an "Invalid reCaptcha" (the "I'm not a robot" process) but it didn't give me a "puzzle" to solve, just checked it off as if I solved it. This has been frustrating bc my account ends up getting locked and I have to revalidate my email, when all I'm trying to do is pay my bill.

Not sure what happened but I cant log in now it just spins and spins and spins. It worked just fine before. I cant pay my bill and its due today. I looked through the reveiws here and I see that I'm not the only ome with problems and those same problems have persisted for at least 2 months. Noone can get the app to log in and pay bills. They know it's messed up but won't fix it. I'm sick of companies wanting us to use a broken app.

The way the app is now isn't even working for me anymore; either it's not able to verify the captcha/doesn't even pop it up, if I do manage to "log in" it pops up a secondary page that just sets there buffering non-stop with only the options of a Done/Logout, and then sometimes it's just a white blank page.. Whatever y'all done to it compared to how it used to be ain't it, it is trash now. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit: Even the website itself isn't working!
