The entire app itself is a fake. I sent an interest to a profile. They accepted my profile. Since I was not a paid member I couldn't get the contact number of the girl. I paid for membership and within hours the girl's profile disappeared. Kerala Matrimony intentionally makes fake profiles to force the non paid members to pay money. This is a fraud and we are not expecting these types of cheap activities from you. instead of doing these unethical things,It is better to go and beg with dignity.

*1 star* I subscribed to the 3-month package after seeing the benefits listed, then upgraded to Prime membership expecting better service. But honestly, nothing changed. I also chose the assistant service, but no one ever called me. When I tried to contact support myself, nobody answered and I couldn't reach anyone. Very disappointing experience. Paid for premium features but got zero support or added value. Would not recommend until they fix their customer

​I feel that this is a very poor venture. There is a high chance that most of these are fake profiles. Most of the female profiles do not have photos. Even if requested, they don’t upload them... and there is no reply to messages. We are using this service after paying money, aren't we? There should be some decency shown for that. ​A photo is a basic requirement. Make it a mandatory option to upload one. Women who aren't interested in posting a photo shouldn't be looking for marriage proposals
