Never Do the premium package subscription. Membership subscription they will do auto renewal, even if you turn of auto renewal. They will give you help desk ticket number. But after that there will be no response or no option to check the details of it. (Reply for developer) I deleted my matrimonial id after the second bad experience. Happened the same before also. This was id number E2455355.

Absolutely horrible app. Too many bugs. How is this establishment still running is beyond me. They spam call u to death and can't even provide average service. Edit - This is most horrible matrimony app I have ever used. This shouldn't even have 3 stars at all. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm a developer and trust me I haven't seen an app more buggy than this. I tried to upload a photo and app just wouldn't upload a new one. It says it needs to review but after 1 hr nothing. No photo added.

My experience with the service was extremely disappointing. Despite purchasing a membership, I found that they misled customers by not providing contact details even after mutual interest was accepted. It feels like they're playing with people's emotions, and ultimately, it's a waste of both money and time.
