The app may have various facilities regarding the easy access of government documents. But , from the latest update, NIOC certificate, person verification, and other certificates regarding windows are not opening anymore and sometimes it's loading continuously. Some glitches are there, it's not due to any network issue or anything. The same issue is coming after re-installing also. one more thing, that specific website (if opened in Chrome/edge/any browser) facing the same buffering issue.

The experience was frustrating. I applied for my NIOC for a study internship, and the app clearly stated no payment was required. However, my application was rejected for a payment issue. I later had to pay ₹700 and make several calls to get approval. If the app had clearly mentioned the payment or offer letter requirement, this confusion could’ve been avoided. Please make these details clearer for others.

Dear Madam, the NIOC for study internship is free of cost, and no payment is required for this category. Please make sure to upload the correct proof of requirement and ensure that it is specifically for an internship and not for employment. I applied for NIOC, it was approved and everything went well. Unfortunately when I tried to download the receipt, it simply showed that there was an error.
