About this app

The official Kerala Police App is a digital initiative to give the common public easy access to all our services. More intuitive services will be soon added to this in short time.Our aim is to facilitate easier access to citizens to the services provided by the department.

It is really good to see such an app dedicated to public service. However, I have a small suggestion regarding the SOS option. It would be helpful to include a tooltip or brief information explaining when and why it should be used. Currently, when the SOS option is clicked, the call connects immediately, which may lead to accidental calls. The placement of the button could be reconsidered, and a confirmation popup before initiating the call would help prevent unintended usage.

The app may have various facilities regarding the easy access of government documents. But , from the latest update, NIOC certificate, person verification, and other certificates regarding windows are not opening anymore and sometimes it's loading continuously. Some glitches are there, it's not due to any network issue or anything. The same issue is coming after re-installing also. one more thing, that specific website (if opened in Chrome/edge/any browser) facing the same buffering issue.

Good UI but absolutely bonkers UX! Most of the time the app gets stuck or shows no data or captcha doesn't work or something else. I made payment but the page froze and I didn't get confirmation except that payment was deducted.
