Very annoying that I can't use TB to restage my device until after I've restored accounts So, I clean flash a new ROM. Install gapps, install the recovery based install of titanium backup (the create "update.zip" function. Boot up my device, open TB and go to restore my previous Android device ID. "We're sorry, but this feature requires the pro version". Okay, so I'll use TB to reinstall my pro key. Sure, no problem, right? Wrong. Because the pro key requires me to be logged into the play store with the account that I purchased it with. Can't complete my review cause of the character limit
I have heard a lot of good things about this app and was excited to download it and use it. After I download it, it did not appear in my list of apps. I went back to good play to hit the open button, but it only had an uninstall button. I went to my settings and click on apps and found it in that list and it was enabled. That does me no good If I can not find the program under apps. I have email the company twice over the past two weeks and just now emailed them a thrid time. I doubt I will hear back from them. Does anyone else have the problem or know what the problem is?
Love this app! Recently saved my bacon, so to speak. One thing I would like to see is an easy way to see (or filter for) restored apps, versus failed restored apps. My last whole sale restore after changing my OS said there were a number of failed restored apps. It took me awhile to find which apps had failed to restore. It was OK because those apps actually belonged to the previous OS I had on my tablet, but it still took a long time to figure out where to look for the "list" of failed restored apps. Still, this is the best full backup/restore app I have found. Thanks for a great app!!
Freaking Awesome Must-have for Rooted Device This is hands down my favorite and from my experience the best-working app for controlling the software, both user and system, in a rooted android device. It does a ton of functionality that can take sometimes 3 different apps and does it all in one kickass app. I use it constantly for 1) uninstalling system bloatware, 2) Backing up all user data, and 3) Trying out and switching between multiple ROM images and then reverting / rolling back if I so desire
One of the best backup solution As someone who loves rooting my devices which I out right purchase, trying new roms and enchantments is a given. Having a backup solution in case I have to revert back to a prior built that is stable is key. Also if I have to wipe my device just to get it back into a working condition having a way to restore all my apps quickly is priceless.
GREAT APP... This is probably the best of its kind. If you are having an issue then it's something not set right. If you can't see all of your apps then check the filter settings. If you can't do a backup then make sure you have enough space on your internal or external sdcard. I have had this program for years and each time I ran into an issue it was always something on my end and not with the program. As far as the developers getting back in a timely manner, well that's on them, just be persistent.
• Fixed the infamous PRO Key failure - finally! Hey, it was *not* our fault: some license cracking tools were corrupting the license data coming from Google servers!
