Bad customer service bought the program yesterday, the videos couldn't be load while there is no problem with my internet connection. Contacted them via chat per app and Instagram, waiting over 24 hours, still, I got no response. Bought the program with money back guarantee, but no response at all

In reality, I've been apart of this app for 3 minutes and I want to be supportive of a small tech adventure and So Far They're Informative, in a factual manner, Easy, & Fast Responding. I'll come back if something changes, no worries. and so far, so good.

The app is good but there are too many unnecessary questions at the start soon after sign in. There is no option to fast forward the video. Most of the time the information is repeated so it doesn’t make sense to watch the entire video just to unlock the next step. Moreover since it’s a paid app, I feel I should be able to manually skip through the video. Currently... the only options are to exit the video or go back 10 seconds.
