WHAT HAPPENED? Used to work great. Now I can't login, just the loading screen. What a piece of crap. Makes me nervous about what else might be wrong with this app (security, privacy, etc.) if they can't even get their users logged on.
Gets better with each update After they added other accounts like money market, it's just gotten better over time. My use has been pretty flawless and I like the UI.
Mobile deposit doesnt work. No matter what I do, I get error message "cannot read account data on bottom of check" I have tried taking the photo up close, pulled back, in the bathroom, outside, with flashlight, dark background, light background etc etc etc. Nothing work, app sucks. Cust service response is to mail check to them. Closest branch is 4 states away.
Needs improvement When it worked it was great. But, at the worst times it would not recognize my log in. Yet, my computer did! It was frustrating whenever I was in need.
So far so good At first I had had the problem of not being able to sign in.. that was because it was pending. I called customer service and they were very quick to get this resolved. Now I love it.. thanks key bank for the mobile app
It won't apply what I click on I like what I saw of this app from a friend of my husband and I, but so far my own personal use of it sucks. I just got my account and I need this app. As of right now, we have a savings, not a cd and that's all it wants to put for account type. So I have to wait to set this up until I get my debit card, which I may not get with our neighbor getting away with tampering with our mail.....which means our account could be compromised. We won't know until we are able to set this up right! Fix it, Plz!
