The app was doing pretty good for a while. Now it appears to work. I can sign on. Select an account to see transactions. It shows a couple of transactions, with an option to view more. The new screen loads but doesn't function. Cannot scroll in any direction to view the additional trans. Waiting longer to load changes nothing. Closed, reopened, went back to overview, selected other options. Tried it several more times. Screen stays stuck.

For the past 6 months the app has become increasingly difficult to use . Every time I open it gives me an error message 'Dashboard load failure ' or 'system error ' and I have to close and reopen, When it does open it only shows current balance and I can't see recent transactions without it crashing.

App has not worked for me since the lastest update (running Android OS 12). I cannot login with my fingerprint reader or with password/text options. Each time I will get this error; “System error. Please try again in a few minutes.” I tried un/re-installing, clearing cache, checking battery/power saving settings; this did not help. It's been extremely frustrating as I have no other way to deposit my paychecks. Others have posted w/the same issue. Please have your IT department look into this.
