My food was served cold! The staff neglected to update my order status for over 30 minutes, and it still displayed as 'in progress' on the app, while my meal was apparently ready and left out to cool. What's the purpose of having a food status interface if it's not accurate or timely?

What a lousy app! Placed an order for delivery on 29-10 1pm. But it got registered as delivery on 30-10 1pm!!! No option to cancel the order other than calling the careline! Best part? Careline isn't working! Can't even select language options! I've been charged nearly RM200 for meals I don't need!
