The official KFC South Africa app – the app that Hooks you up with the most exclusive offers. Order your KFC favourites online, and collect in-restaurant, Curbside, or via the Drive-Thru – limited delivery.

- Delivery through the APP is limited to 450 restaurants at present. We will be expanding our delivery network in early 2022, watch this space. Collection is available at 850 restaurants, nationwide.

- Order on the app for quick collection/pickup at your nearest KFC
Depending on your nearest KFC, choose between collection up in-store (from front counter), or collection via the Drive-Thru (where available), or Curbside (where available)

- Contactless payment: To protect you and our team, please consider paying online for a faster and fully contactless experience

- When you are ready to collect your food, complete the "check-in" request from your phone so that your food is prepared hot ‘n fresh.

- Show your order number at the pick-up counter or drive-thru window to collect your order.

- Simply register an account to start browsing the KFC delivery or collection menu and you’ll be enjoying our original recipe chicken in no time. Plus, get access to online exclusive deals you can only get through the KFC Hook-App South Africa.

- Curbside collection - order online, park in a dedicated bay at the KFC restaurant and someone will bring your KFC order straight to your car. Available in over 50 restaurants.

The app itself is very clear and easy to navigate and there's usually something new and fresh to see. Promos are always good!! Just would be nice if there was the option to have your meal 'dunked' or 'undunked', 'zinger' style or not type thing. As I'm so in love with the dunked sauce!! Another thing, However, I understand the risks and such in doing so but it would help so much if there was an option to pay cash on delivery or collect. I'm having this issue with most of the delivery apps....

This app gives your numbers to the driver so the driver can easily claim to have made a delivery even if he didn't. I wish it was like ubereats where we only call each other on the app. I've only ordered using this app twice and both drivers claimed to have delivered even though they didn't. It's so emotionally exhausting because you're always wondering where they are and whether you'll get your food. The app doesn't have a proper support system where you can track the driver or report issue.😣
