Worst app worst watch....no directions sent on how to use them therefore both of the watches I have are not working. Worst customer support and service. Sent emails in correspondence to getting the watches turned on and no response. As this product is to help kids the service sucks. Considering going the watches are 200 a piece and not cheap I expected more.
App keeps crashing upon log in using my sony xperia z5.
Doesn't work I downloaded the app to my phone to test it before spending 200 on the watch for my autistic daughter. So far it has only tracked my location away from home once and it was incorrect. Please fix the expensive product.
Just bad I've ordered this watch a while back and after trying it out, it doesn't locate ever, the battery life is not 60 hours like they say it's 24 hours if you're lucky and the watch is way too big for a kids wrist, not comfortable at all. I'm currently waiting for the KiGo watch to release I expect that to be way better
False Advertisement! Ordered the watch before Christmas 2015, website stated: notifications will be sent if watch is removed. Got the watch today, WELL over the 60 day period they said for delivery and now the website says nothing about notifications if it is removed. In custody battle, therefore, the watch is useless to me. I needed it specifically to notify me if it was removed, and that is the only reason I purchased it.
Update 12-July-16: new firmware released for watch has extended the battery life to about 10 hours so has become more useful. Also now able to download the Hereo .apk so have been able to install on 2 devices that were previously 'incompatible'. Much better. Original comment: Useless watch, useless app. I ordered with kickstarter and after multiple delays we finally got our watches about 1 year late. Still have never used them because (1) battery life is 6 hours - so useless for a day. (2) unable to install the app despite having 6 android devices (3) no promised app for web, windows or windows phone. Haven't even got as far as testing them because it's just too painful. What a waste of time and effort. Simple rule in business - don't promise something you can't deliver. And yes, I have contacted them for help and wasted my time with that too.
