The update is not convenient to use 😑 App mostly freezes not responding When change the phone so complicate to log in

Worst and need a lot more development. Everything about this app sucks!!!!!!!. When I open the app and put my pin it says that "My account profile has been blocked"...... What's going on developer? I didn't do anything wrong. You really disappoint me and I don't get why some of the people give this app a good rate😶. Please fix this problem for me and thank you
