The app no longer works. it was buggy before, much like my brand new Sportage, but the app no longer works at all. This is compounded by the fact that Kia doesn't provide a hard copy manual. I assume the response would be much the same as the response from the Kia service department in response to another fault with the car, "Could not replicate fault".

What's the point in a manual that has QR codes to scan, which is obviously impossible when you're on your mobile! You call the screen system "Infotainment" yet it doesn't appear in the manual and isn't searchable. Absolutely useless manual! It is easier to search on Google than to use the cars own manual, and that is a joke!

EDIT: Managed to get it working by doing the following: Go to Android Settings/Apps, Select Kia Owners Manual, Force stop, Delete cache and internal storage, Open app, Agree all permissions. It worked for me but can't guarantee it will work for everyone. It shouldn't require users to jump through hoops to get it working. The car (EV3) is great but the user manuals, both hard copy and digital, are next to useless. Get your act together Kia.
