Third try is the charm! The current updated version of the app is now applicable enough to have my employees use out in the field! The interface is user friendly, the app is stable, and quickly trainable for new employees. Note: the app is designed for the technicians in the field rather than for administrative use since the app does not have any filtering capabilities (i.e. filtering to see only certain user/employees' events for the day). With that in mind, this app is perfect for ONLY technicians in the field that DON'T HAVE PERMISSIONS GRANTING THEM TO VIEW OTHER EMPLOYEES' SCHEDULES.
The app is fine. Only annoying issue is I dont need to be notified 10 times for the same job. Can't stand that. Notify me once and that's it.
Would pay more if... I've been with KS for a couple years. Seen alot of positive improvements. Bummed the app isn't what it should be, but it will in time. Sooner then later i hope. Great price but I'd pay more for a strong app and map, which is the main reason I came aboard 2 years ago. Reach local should allocate more funding. Great support!
Unusable I just get a grey screen on my android. This is very frustrating because it defeats the purpose of my company using this service. Please update the functionality of this app for android users.
Awesomeness at its awesomeness Stupid waste of money, time and effort. Takes away one of two jobs the office personnel have. That's a plus answer the phone and schedule jobs and the app could pay for it self ... brilliant. Super easy user friendly navigation with cute emojis to boot. Loving it. Billing, estimates, incorrect service times and personnel information easily accessible remotely with two bit security firmware versions no update is going to fix. But there's definitely no need for improvement on this app keep up the flawlessness
