I hold Kickstarter accountable for all losses to it's customer base. This app enables you to send money to people that have no ties, support, or responsibility to Kickstarter or anyone that funds it. Congratulations to those that have had a positive experience, tough luck to those that didn't. Research your "creators" and don't trust anything that isn't traceable to a real identity.
So it's not bad. You get notifications and does quick look it's great. If you want some finer details you have to use the actual website. Also if you rotate the screen it'll reload the page. Super annoying for watching videos in the updates or on the campaign page.
These people suck I submit a project for a book I want to write and they denied me. I'm pretty sure because I didn't add a bunch of pictures how do you submit pictures of a book anyway especially one that doesn't exist yet. Plus it says add a video I don't do that cause I don't like the way I look or sound on camera 99% of the pictures I take but almost never in it's my husband and our daughter. I shouldn't have to give every little aspect of my life to get help making my dream of becoming a writer a reality
Great little app. Only complaint is that it's a little wonky trying to follow a creator: You tap on their profile link, but then you have to tap on their logo on their profile in order to see the "Follow" button. Seems like it should be directly on their profile page.
It's annoying to have to switch to my external browser to look at the campaign is other details. Fix it or tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Kickstarter is officially available in Japan. Keep an eye out for more new and exciting projects from Japan.
