About this app

We designed this app to be very simple and easy to use. Just install the app, create a group, add participants, and start checking participants in and out! Kidlink can be used by multiple staff members, will send you a daily email with attendance insights, and exporting your data is a snap.

Here is what you can expect:
- Easy to enroll participants
- Easy to add them into different groups
- Easy to check them in and out
- Easy to access parent/guardian info, and even easier to contact them through the app
- Easy to add staff as users, who will then be able to check participants in and out
- Easy to see attendance insights, like who is present, who is absent and, trends, sent as a daily email
- Easy to import participants from the website
- Easy to export CSV files from the website

What's new

You'll hardly recognize us now, we've overhauled a ton of the UI to make the outside match the beauty inside! We also did some huge updates to our overall code base, making it safer, better, faster, stronger. Some new noteworthy features:
- See a history of each Kid's attendance by viewing their profile from the Kids menu
- Create new Parents/Guardians directly from the Parents/Guardians menu, instead of as a part of a Kid's profile
