My kids' center started using this in Feb 2017. It's a great concept, but only works okay. It's like they started making a great system and stopped working on it half way through. I've noticed no upgrades, added features, etc. Six months with no noticeable upgrades is an eternity in the software/app field. The daily reports contain all the right information, but the report format is cumbersome and requires excessive scrolling up and down to find the info needed. Please reformat, remove the excessive wording, spacing, etc. and organize by group, not time. Ie - don't list diaper, nap, diaper, food, diaper, nap, diaper, food. List all meals in one spot, all naps in another, all diapers in one spot. If a parent needs to bring something (more diapers, spare clothes) please list on the top of the report, so it's the first thing the parent sees. Currently, it's listed by time, so if the teacher makes the note at 7:30 am, it's at the very bottom of the list. Takes 5-6 scrolls just to find that info. Also, make sure it's user-friendly for the teachers. If they don't like it, they aren't likely to go above and beyond using it.

Had to use this app as recommended by our franchisor. But pathetic response from kid reports sales team. Says 30 days free trial but we can't do anything meaningfull unless we put in credit card which will then auto renew. 2 days and absolutely no response to our queries. If it was something we were to roll out on our own, I would certainly be cautious.
I originally have this one star because my app had stopped working. The support team reached out to me and assisted in fixing the issue. The app works great now.
It has stopped working. Keeps saying error logging in.
It's okay, pictures load really slow and sometimes login is funky
Fun playground to play on the beach with this little girl at summer holidays!
