a transistor simulator and learning tool for students, hobbyists, and anyone studying electronics.

SIMULATOR
Adjust supply voltage, input voltage, base/collector resistors, and gain with real-time sliders. The circuit solver computes operating point, currents, voltages, power dissipation, and junction temperature as you move each slider. Supports 12 device types: NPN, PNP, Darlington, N/P-enhancement MOSFET, N/P-depletion MOSFET, N/P-channel JFET, IGBT, phototransistor, and UJT. The display shows which region the device is in — cutoff, active, or saturation.

BREADBOARD
A pre-wired LED switch circuit on a visual breadboard. Toggle the power and input switch, adjust Vcc, Rb, and Rc, and watch the LED brightness, current flow, and operating mode update live.

OSCILLOSCOPE
Feed sine, square, triangle, or PWM waveforms through a transistor and see the input vs. output on a dual-trace time-domain display. Adjust amplitude, frequency, and duty cycle.

GRAPHS
View Ic–Vce output characteristic curves for BJTs, Id–Vds families for MOSFETs, and thermal Pd–Tj safe operating area plots. Pinch to zoom, drag to pan.

LEARN
Nine lessons covering the basics: what a transistor is, semiconductor doping, PN junctions, carrier flow, amplification, switching, MOSFET gate control, current gain, and real-world applications. Each lesson includes animated diagrams synchronized to the explanation.

15 ready-made circuits you can load with one tap: LED switch, common-emitter amplifier, emitter follower, common-base, MOSFET motor driver, PWM speed controller, relay driver, Class A audio amplifier, astable multivibrator, light sensor, touch switch, H-bridge, logic inverter, Colpitts oscillator, and common-source amplifier.

COMPONENTS
A built-in library of real transistor parts (2N2222, 2N3904, BC547, BC557, 2N3906, BD139, TIP122, IRFZ44N, IRLZ44N) with typical ratings and parameters. Select a part and the simulator loads its datasheet values automatically. You can also add your own custom components and export or import them as JSON files.

VISUALISATION
Animated schematics show current direction and magnitude with flowing particles. A semiconductor cross-section view displays carrier density, depletion width, and heat buildup in real time.
