Ratings and reviews

App has known flaws. I've spoke with them, they acknowledge the issues yet they haven't patched them. Despite the lock, all apps can be accessed, and all websites can be accessed. Very disappointed. Initially when I told them about the issues they blamed other apps, only after i send them videos showing how it was done did they acknowledge the issue. It has been months and I believe the app to be as good as worthless. Despite phone on lock mode, youtube, browser and whatsapp can be accessed

I do like some of the features, but the location jumps around so if you set home boundaries it constantly sends notifications that my son has left home zone then enters, very annoying. Had to remove the zone to stop this. When I started subscription the functions all said they were in beta mode telling me the functionality may or may not work properly, not very comforting when you spend money on something to be told it may not work properly. Screentime, screenshot, lockdown feature is nice .

Good concept but kept crashing. Put this app on both of my daughter's phones and for a few days it worked wonderfully. After that, the app would crash and it blocked whitelist apps but allowed the blacklist apps to work or it would totally stop working on the kids phone and I couldn't lock it. I had to re-download the app a couple times until I just gave up and canceled my subscription.
