Ratings and reviews

Although this initially was my favorite app for monitoring my teenagers phone, the basic free plan includes absolutely NOTHING. Which makes the app useless. They also advertise a monthly price, however there is no such option. You have to pay for the whole year while other apps allow a monthly subscription. it works very well if you pay annually amd your child has an android device. My son got an iPhone recently and certain features are no longer available along with other issues.

Can see that my child spends for example 4hours 20min per day on her phone but it does not break it down to what apps is used for how long... I would like that... Also when it flags sensitive photos I need her phone to see it.... Also if I take a screenshot it requires her permission - so she can refuse... What is the use of that? Have not been very useful because the screen limits I have set on her phone without the app.

I loved this app when I first downloaded it, even paid the $ to get the premium version, but I WILL NOT be renewing my account when the time comes. Half the time it doesn't give me screenshots of mu son's screen like it's supposed to and any time I try to unlock an app for him, he has to completely restart his phone I. order for it to actually unlock. I've tried contacting the help department and all they say is that nothing is wrong with the app. Very disappointed
