Review from Katie Takapu
Great but... If there are more than a hundred pictures, it crashes the tablet. I have a nexus 10 32gb and have a large amount of pictures in different directories but no more than 150 pictures and it crashes the tablet that it has to restart itself :c Other than that, its great with light loads (:
I really like this app. I does most all of what I want. I like it enough that I have the premium version. Which is why it breaks my heart to only give it three stars. Here in 'Murica land seldom do you find a smart phone with more than 32GB of storage. Which is why we get all giggly about our Android phones with SD card support, then we find out that voyeuristic Google blocks fine folk like KeepSafe from protecting our more intimate moments when we try to save internal phone storage by actually using our SD cards. KeepSafe earn those extra two stars and meet us on the corner of storage and safety by finding a work around for Android's SD cards. I would be so grateful.
one of the best photo/video safes out there. but if you go from landscape to portrait while swiping through photos it'll automatically move you back a couple pictures. also on the Samsung galaxy s8 there's no option to save files directly to the phone's gallery.
I have some hidden photos and password protected but when I open the app it flashes the hidden images for fraction of sec. before the password page pop up.... This is had everything cloud storage and back-up and all....love this but..Do something about the glitch or bug that is...@developer
Hey, great app, love the stability! I noticed two features lacking, though, that I'd love to see get implemented one day. First, the ability to quickly select multiple pictures for import/export with a swipe gesture, like most other galleries. Second, and a bit more of a deal-breaker to me, is the ability to change the directory photos get sent to when extracting/decrypting them! As of now, exported photos, no matter where they came from, end up in the CAMERA FOLDER and immediately get uploaded to other places like Google Photos and Dropbox! This majorly breaks the point of "hiding photos" if they get uploaded to 7 other places as soon as you take them out of their box. Let us at least be able to extract photos to our home folder!! I'm looking forward to the development of this app, though, as it's the best around for speed, looks, and reliability.
I've been using this app for years. Actually, I can say that I know it was not always called KeepSafe. I've never had an issue until recently when I discovered pictures that I shouldn't have. I found pictures I deleted long ago. I got that taken care of, however; I did accidentally delete the Trash album.. Might wanna get that checked out.
I payed for the annual subscribion thinking that by you guys saying $2 or something monthly, that I would have to pay $2 per month. Instead you guys charged me for the whole year. I would love to get a refund because that was not what I thought I was paying for.
