Review from Katie Takapu
Great but... If there are more than a hundred pictures, it crashes the tablet. I have a nexus 10 32gb and have a large amount of pictures in different directories but no more than 150 pictures and it crashes the tablet that it has to restart itself :c Other than that, its great with light loads (:
Passing the blame onto customers isn't the way you should be going about your marketing that's for sure. It doesn't matter if the customer hasn't synced their files properly, that's something you guys should be figuring out. You really need to pull the app and over haul it
Was borderline acceptable It looks clean and simple, but lacks important settings like being able to choose when to remove pictures from your phone when importing. Lost 10 or so family pictures when I tried to export from the app but I didn't have the room on my phone to add more pictures. The app auto deletes what you import/export. Good in some cases, but not for everyone.
Great app It works perfectly and it's really nice to have, but the only problem is that you can't get into your trash. Say if I deleted something on accident and didn't want to pay the $30 (premium upgrade) just to recover the one picture, it's kind of irritating.
I had a severe problem with the app. It was locking up as soon as I opened the app and would shut down. Customer service was a GREAT help! Nothing was lost and all my files were intact. Their assistance helped me to decide in upgrading to Premium. Thank you for the help!!!
It looks nice but isn't actually safe I loved the app and it's interface until recently I've been finding that all of the things I've put in keepsafe keep making their way out of the app. The purpose is that I don't have to worry about people having access to my private files and it doesn't really successfully do that.
Constantly advertising the Premium service and making me "switch to basic" when I never had premium in the first place turns me off to your product. Its also inordinate to sift through large albums looking for photos when other apps offer keyword searches and the ability to tag photos with said keywords.
Using Keepsafe on a new phone? Use the SAME Keepsafe registration email address from the OLD phone.
* Keepsafe requires Contact permission for Keepsafe to Keepsafe Sharing. This is in beta roll out for a subset of users right now.
* Fixed various issues with login failures
* Fixed various other crashes
