Lost years of tracking for perimenopause. I opened my app last week, have had it for YEARS, and it was a new blank app with last update. It does not recognize my email for a password reset, as it is not taking my password for it, and now I am irritated I spent so many days tracking symptoms for my physician. Boo! I Uninstaller and reinstalled and it still says my email is invalid.

I've used this app for close to 8 years. I loved it. However,2 weeks ago it loggedme out and I cannot get back in. Keeps telling me that my email or password is incorrect (I've tried every combo) and I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company (I've tried all social media and their support email). I'm angry to have lost 8 years of data. The ap us great, customer service has been non-existent.
