Refuses to store card details, hence I haven't ever succeeded in making a transaction on the app. Installed it 5 months ago, it refused to save my card details for no reason, so I left it. Decided to install it today, thinking the issue would have been resolved, and to my amazement, it's still same. If there was an interaction to describe why it refuses card details, that would at least be helpful. At this point, the app has zero convenience.

Generally I think this App is great. No Adds and user friendly. However, I have written to Support many times and never got a response. I wonder if Customer Care is so important. And I don't understand why Kingspay don't accept my Visa Card (Prepaid) as international payment method. It's very weird because my Card is accepted on many Google Play Plattforms for Payment but this one. Hmmm... it's annoying.

I’m not sure what your support think they are doing, as I have had the worst and most annoying experience with them. I’ve not been able to use this app is I should, and have been sending them messages for almost 2 months now, yet not even the courtesy of a response, let alone fixing the issue. Very dismal, and highly disappointing level of customer service I must say, that is totally contrary to what we stand for as a body. I hope one the developers can read this and act.
