Ratings and reviews

In response to the reply from the company, I have sent multiple messages. The one support reply I had was me to send IN PLAIN TEXT the password I wanted and they would set it for me. Incredibly bad security,not impressed. Poor customer service - when the app works, it's fine. However, the automated password reset function is faulty and e-mails are not responded to in a quick manner. Currently awaiting contact after 3 seperate mails to the helpdesk but nothing in response. Does not engender trust.

Basically useless app now. Forever says connecting to internet. Can be left on for 20 plus mins to no avail. Had some good connections in the past but can't even check or send messages now. Fix this! Edit: telling me to wait a few seconds when I have been on a good WiFi connection and still had to wait indefinitely to connect isn't really solving the problem.

App is completely dead, nobody uses it. The app allows you to sort users by most recently active and, in the three months I had an account, the order of most recently active users in my local city never changed at all (meaning not one person had logged into the app in that entire time). I suspect the incredibly limited functionality of the free version makes people abandon the app very quickly after signing up, creating a ghost town of abandoned accounts.
