Worst update ever! The app was MUCH EASIER, and FASTER, before the new update with the virtual AI robot "Burt"... Half of the time I can't even log in... It just tries to load... Other times it freezes and I have to shut down the app... It was easier for me to order my scripts before.. But even easier, and much quicker, to see if, and what scripts of mine are ready to pick up! The phone system is worse, and longer too, but sometimes I have to end up calling the store!

Useless. Prescriptions won't load, just keeps spinning. If you do manage to get in, there's no way to hide unused prescriptions. If you turn on auto refill, all those unused scripts will fill. The thumb print log in is gone so you have to log in with a user name and password every single time. I love Kinneys but this was a bad rollout.

if I could rate it zero stars I would. the app doesn't work. it spins and spins and spins and doesn't log you in. the whole new process is dumb. you can no longer use the website for prescriptions and you can't use you log in credentials for the app so you're sent into an endless circle of trying to switch it and verify everything. it's just a mess. they also switched the phone system to a bot making the process take twice as long
