Ratings and reviews

Useless. Prescriptions won't load, just keeps spinning. If you do manage to get in, there's no way to hide unused prescriptions. If you turn on auto refill, all those unused scripts will fill. The thumb print log in is gone so you have to log in with a user name and password every single time. I love Kinneys but this was a bad rollout.

if I could rate it zero stars I would. the app doesn't work. it spins and spins and spins and doesn't log you in. the whole new process is dumb. you can no longer use the website for prescriptions and you can't use you log in credentials for the app so you're sent into an endless circle of trying to switch it and verify everything. it's just a mess. they also switched the phone system to a bot making the process take twice as long

Trash. Biggest issue is not being able to add more than 1 pharmacy profile. Can't hide or inactivate scripts. Also annoying not being able to turn off 2 factor authentication. And then not being able to autopopulate the password on the app. Could do all of these things on the previous app.
