When it works, its great! Developers seem to respond in about a week, which is helpful. Occasionally it can get stuck (especially after an android update 🙄 which I blame android and t-mobile, who went from being behind on updates to hyper updating way too often). After my experience with the developer, I'd say, if it's not working, let them know. They seem reasonably responsive and oriented to get it working. This app is super resourceful coordinating work across the globe quick & efficiently.

I agree, when it works it's great! However, there are times, like right now, when the app won't log in with any family members account info. Worked fine a week ago, today not so much. Definitely don't wait until the last minute to find names to take to the temple - you may have to find then another way. But boy it's awesome when it's running properly!

No matter what device I use, it doesn't recognize my LDS account password - iPad, my android phone, my husband's phone. Very frustrating! Also, since you require a pass phone and only have a mobile app version of this product, people will be using their phone. Please, please add a way to see the password you have entered.
