When it works, its great! Developers seem to respond in about a week, which is helpful. Occasionally it can get stuck (especially after an android update 🙄 which I blame android and t-mobile, who went from being behind on updates to hyper updating way too often). After my experience with the developer, I'd say, if it's not working, let them know. They seem reasonably responsive and oriented to get it working. This app is super resourceful coordinating work across the globe quick & efficiently.

No matter what device I use, it doesn't recognize my LDS account password - iPad, my android phone, my husband's phone. Very frustrating! Also, since you require a pass phone and only have a mobile app version of this product, people will be using their phone. Please, please add a way to see the password you have entered.

We still can not get app to work on any of our devices...we have Uninstalled and re installed app Is not working on either Samsung or Apple for us. Takes us to log in page and after we enter log in and password, the app just doesn't open... stays on same screen
