Something about the UI ratio is messed up such that I can't use certain features. I can't "message an expert" because there is no "send" button. I can't add my dog's food because the search doesn't work; the only available option is to skip the question. Definitely not worth paying money when I can't use the basic functionality.

Got the app and the subscription because I thought the service would include my leopard gecko, and the service doesn't make it clear right away it's just for dogs and cats. When I tried to cancel the subscription before I was charged for something useless to me the app wouldn't allow me to do so, all it would do is show a purple screen with a black cat. After emails from customer service that were clearly AI generated and useless I had to call my bank and block the charge. Don't rccomend.

The Kin does not currently cater to exotics. Please email us at support@thekin.com so that we can provide you with a refund. We look forward to your email and if you haven't already, seeking care from an exotic vet would be the best option for you and your leopard gecko.

keeps saying my email is a usa one. What? with co.uk at the end? Then tried a password reset and the link takes me straight to the log in, where it tells me my password is incorrect. I really can't be bothered now. This happened before and was sorted but I've had enough now.
