The concept is excellent. The experience needs work. The app is full of bugs that have to be navigated in order to get it to work, it's far from seamless. It's also slow and your constantly waiting not sure if your stuck in a loop or if its actually going to work. It can be a very frustrating experience. The ease of use over fussing with quarters and getting change is its only advantage. I'm hoping the developers continue to work on the app and improve its code then perhaps I can rate it higher

Wish this worked as described. Sometimes it connects to machines, sometimes not. The notifications for finished loads have only worked once. I guess during the coin shortage there's a benefit if your machines take quarters. Otherwise just load your card and dont waste your time. It hasn't been updated in over a year so it doesnt seem like there's a whole lot of investment or interest in improving it

This app randomly charges you for extra loads you didn't do, but it's conveniently undetectable because they keep the refill history and charge history separated so there is no running total. I've noticed it several times but finally sat down and did the math today, and sure enough, it shows my refill and then 2 charges totaling $3, but my balance reflects having been charged $4.50. Scammy. Wonder how much these slimeballs have made in fraudulent charges because it's easy to miss a $1.50 charge.
