Two leading blind charities continue to provide free, easy access to local news.
National charity British Wireless for the Blind Fund (BWBF) and The Talking News Federation (TNF) have come together again, to further enhance access to Local Talking Newspapers from across the UK.
Speech Talking Newspaper app replaces the previous Talking Newspaper app and making it even easier to access over 200 regional Talking Newspapers. This new app has both full Speech and Gesture controls, additional features now include the ability to create a favourites list, making it even easier to get to get to your favourite Newspapers or Magazines.
In this release BWBF has integrated its Membership Area into this application, this will require users to register their personal information and sign in to gain access. This registration and sign in will finally allow us to be able to identify every user and provide support accordingly. BWBF takes the security and respect of your data very seriously your personal data is not provided to any external organisation. The purpose is to stay in touch with our users, improve our applications and make all our apps work better for you.
