This is my favorite fitness app. It keeps me challenged! Kira is a pro. There are so many workouts to choose from, and lots of different categories to help you pick, like body specific or time specific. I also love the challenges! They keep me motivated to stay moving. I've been working out since I was 20 (I'm now 40), and discovered Kira four years ago. She's now my favorite. The Stoked method is a no fuss method that simply works.

Great app and great programs. Everything is laid out in a clear way and the curated programs are fantastic. Two complaints: 1. We wish there was a way to lay out a customized daily playlist similar to how the "Stoked Up" programs are laid out. I want to create a series of daily workouts without having to just lump everything together into my library. 2. This is a much smaller complaint, but I wish all the equipment needed for a workout (bands, weights, etc.) was listed in the description.

Never a dull moment on this app! With a variety of workout styles and lengths I can always find something to fit into my available block of time. Equipment isn't required and modifications are available. Kira uses verbal cues to keep me focused on the moves without having to look at the screen. She explains why and how moves work while stressing the importance of proper form and safety. I have learned so much and will be forever grateful for these workouts!
