This app may be ok however, the tech support is awful. They have you doing the same routine over and over again and expect a different result. The tech person must be the dumbest person they could find to not realize that after doing the same routine a half a dozen times something needs to change. INSANE! Can anyone recommend an alternative app with better support?

After quite some time spent attempting to address the end-user's issue we determined the product in question was not an SG Home product when the end-user providing images of the device and its unique ID. The ID does not belong to any product SG Home has manufactured and the Camera & board are a predesigned solution that we do not utilize.

Doesn't work.... At all, contacted customer support numerous times, received replacement cameras and still nothing. I have to setup the camera with my mobile hotspot as the campus I work for does dual band and devices now default to 5ghz if they are capable of 5ghz. with that said i can see both my android tablet and the camera connected but there are no registered devices on my account after i set up the camera.

Brandon we are sorry you are experiencing difficulties, the system is not compatible with 5ghz wi-fi you must use 2.4ghz. We suggest you contact our support again to determine if your account is setup correctly.
