I cannot put into words the joy my granddaughter and I have with our Klaiyi hair. I've purchased 4 thus far with no complaints. The hair's descriptions are accurate and the price is well within my budget.

I ordered a wig still waiting on it. went in to check on my order and they have an entire diffrent wig for my order. I better not get the wig I didn't order. this is bs

On Jan 26th, I ordered 3 wigs with standard shipping from klaiya. Standard shipping is supposed to be 3 to 5 days it's been 5 days, and my order still says preparing order. I've been texting them for the last 2 days. And I finally got a text message back today. Stating that those are popular items. And it's gonna take 1 to 2 weeks. Shouldn't they have informed me of that? To let me make a choice if I wanted them or not. I am getting married February 7th and need my wigs
