I've always loved evolve sms but I just got a new XZ premium and it has improved on this phone.. I know you have to pay for themeing but it's worth it!! Looks fantastic, feels great.. And if you're too tight to pay the nice developers for there hard work, then you lose out!!! You get what you pay for.. No adverts or anything that pesters you to spend more money.. I love it!! Thank you 😁👍
On the Moto X4, MMS messages repeatedly get sent to the wrong person, and sending messages disables wifi until I go into Android's settings and turn it back on. Worked great on my old phone though...
This is an update--12/30/17, trying iyt out again, so far so good. I was using Klinkers other app for messaging,, but something changed with an update and havent been able to use it in a long time So, back to Evolve, we'll see. Edit: 9/25/15--Reinstalled after uninstalling awhile back, I tried another app, but I decided to use Evolve again. Unfortunately when I paid for the Talon Twitter Theme a few months ago, it didn't save, so there is no record of it.
I slightly criticized that you have to pay for theming and was met with a rude response. No I don't expect you to work for free, that's why I pay for apps (over $166 spent on apps actually, your theme add- on among them). Your app is no where near good enough to merit the arrogant attitude you have. The app itself is laggy and chances are won't ever change if sliding messaging is any indication. Just google search "Klinker brothers" and the first link will take you to a thread filled with people who experienced similar disrespect at the slightest criticism. This would be 5 stars, but it cannot handle getting a contact card as an attachment. Shows up as blank.
Finally fixed its issues. Best Messaging app!
This version adds the ability to access the archive from the three dot overflow menu on the conversation list, and it allows you to directly schedule an SMS from the three dot overflow menu when viewing a conversation.
