Used this for a trip to Cambodia. BIG MISTAKE. No contact information. Some features of the app doesn't work (eg, Ask KLOOK) Lack of customer service. Klook doesn't run the tours. Cannot cancel once booked (they made it impossible to cancel). STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. if you are trying to book a tour, go to the source directly. KLOOK is just a third party trying to rip off your hard earned money. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW. PROBABLY COPYING AND PASTING. And DON'T GIVE ME SOME LINK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INFORMATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VOUCHER IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I booked universal studio Japan tickets. The status stuck in pending confirmation. After a few days of waiting and asking, they told me it has fulfillment issue and canceled the order. There were out of express pass from official website. If you want to have a ticket to the park, don't buy it from Klook! My kids are super 😞

The customer support is nowhere to be found. The AI chat bot never resolved my problem. I paid for a pass and never got the QR codes for the activities, meaning this is just money wasted. After contacting the customer service for 2 days, I still did not get any fix. And finally as I am going back home, the pass bought cannot be used. This is really a scam company.
