This app is superb for booking tickets for activities & events. Really hassle free & we can just pre book to avoid tickets being sold out. But app is not good for airport transfers. I booked cab to airport 6 months advance for 11am. Klook sent reminder previous day of ride. But there was no call till 10.30am on the day, so i called local cab provider, they had cancelled it & informed klook previous day only, but i never got any notification. Then i had to check with other cab. I got refund later

All flash deal never flash and all promo code never appear. Don't waste time on this company ended up you missing out better deals. Reponse to the reply: If the promo code is so difficult to see or T&C so difficult to meet then you better keep it to yourself. I've never had any issues with other platforms and therefore I'd think that the deal was non existence at all. What a dishonest company.

Unsure of what Klook actually offers, but I had to use it to buy a ticket to an attraction, rather than as would be preferable, buy it at the venue. The website did work, and I got a discount, though not the highest claimed 15% since there were 'conditions'. I will be deleting the app now our visit is done
