About this app

Kneel is for couples in D/s, BDSM and FLR (female led relationship) dynamics. The Dom sets tasks and rituals, each worth points. The sub does them and sends photo proof. Rewards, punishments and chastity tracking are in the same app.

Rules in a notes app and punishments lost in the chat history: Kneel replaces both. You can start on your own and invite your partner later.

TASKS & DUTIES
Give tasks with a deadline and a point value. Make them daily, weekly or one-time. Ask for photo proof when you want it. A missed deadline can cost points or start a punishment on its own. Completed tasks stay in the history.

RITUALS
Set the routines the sub does every day or every week, like a morning report. Streaks and milestones show how consistent the sub has been.

CHECK-INS & MOODS
The sub checks in at the times you set and logs a mood. You can both look back over past weeks.

NOTES & LETTERS
Write notes for yourself or for each other, sort them into folders, and send your partner appreciation letters.

PUNISHMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITY
When a task is missed, the punishment can be automatic or given by hand. Use timed punishments like corner time, restrictions like no phone after 10pm, or ones the Dom carries out in person. Set a severity for each and build your own punishment library. If the sub did a ritual after all, the Dom can mark it done and undo the punishment.

REWARDS
Completed tasks earn points. The sub spends them on rewards the Dom sets, like an extra hour of gaming or picking dinner.

CHASTITY & KEYHOLDER TOOLS
See a live countdown to release, the locked-day streak and every past lock. The sub asks for release, and the keyholder says yes or no. The keyholder can hide the release date so the sub does not know when it ends. While the sub is locked, the keyholder can request a cage check photo at any time.

CONTRACT
Write your rules and limits in one contract. You both accept it, and every change is saved as a new version.

Great app. closer to what I'm looking for. A suggestion: Please let the "Check In" be able to be done multiple times each day. Yesterday when I downloaded the app, I was able to make a change, and now, I'm unable to. My partner and I like to check in four times a day to see how each other is at both in headspace and emotion. We both value communication, so another suggestion would be to have a notes section. perhaps with "acknowledged" and "actioned" buttons.

Great app, the subscription is definitely worth it and cheap!! It's very thought out and by far the best app I've found for a d/s dynamic! Also it's well organized, they update it frequently and it's great for people who have ADHD

The app is fine, just half the features are locked behind premium and a subscription is really unnecessary and expensive, especially if you only use it occasionally
