Creda Health does all of that for you and helps you identify triggers and take steps to prevent complications and worsening of diseases. It finds better ways of staying on top of these health elements.

Our condition-specific care models analyse your symptoms, medications, vitals, labs, nutrition and lifestyle elements, and monitor your disease progression and treatment effectiveness, unlike anything else on the market. We send you reminders, alerts, warnings, articles, actions to take and things to talk to your doctor – all to help you stay on top of your health.
And you have multiple plans to choose from – from low cost Digital Only plans to very affordable Digital plus Care Crew plans that give you access to your very own nutritionists and fitness coaches.

Creda Health Programs are available for Diabetes, Prediabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidaemia (high cholesterol), Heart Failure (and other cardiac related conditions), Lupus, Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD) and more.

Ratings and reviews

They keep updating it but are not fixing it. Kind of useless without being able to print reports, not sure what they are doing with all the info they are gathering. Have to tap it just right to get it to recognise that you touched it. Now the metrics are not showing - time to ditch it and go with a spread sheet. Too glitchy and getting worse.

I registered and it only gave me an option to choose 1 condition. I went through all of the selections and then I can't go any further without purchasing a monthly subscription to their care team. This isn't a free app! Quite disappointed.

Good idea but don't see use for it. Med times- Daily, Weekly, Monthly; med I take 2x/day & I can't enter it. I was also expecting to enter my foods to see if there are any interaction issues but there's no option. Nor to enter supplements I take & how that might affect the meds. I would like to see it connect Fitbit app to import weight, water, etc. I have another app to track my blood pressure readings & would be nice to see an option to import the data. The data this app offers can be Googled
