Ratings and reviews

I have only been using the app for three days. Similar to another user the only way I can see activities is when I download the report. Took me two days to realize I needed to do that when my kid's teacher told me they were putting everything in the app. It semi-worked the first day I was able to see some activities on the main page. The app doesn't even load when my husband tries from his phone. This is obviously very frustrating considering it's used to check on our babes while in daycare.

If i could give less stars i would. Multiple issues. Contact customer service? What customer service? Then, after Multiple attempts to get issues fixed or even get an answer from anyone, I canceled my subscription. I still had time on my PAID subscription term but was locked out. Do not waste your time or money on this.

Constant issue when I try to view activities on daily report. I have to download file in order to view and even that does not always work. Very frustrating! Also, please consider adding a refresh page option.
