(Review is for the Greek part of the app; BG may work better). App worked perfectly up until this year, now there are errors every month when I try to pay my instalments to the tune of " Something went wrong - Try again". Sidenote, no English chat support.

The application is very easy-to-use, everything is smooth and functional, just a tiny issue with fingerprint unlock in android doesn't work, everything else is fine.

It takes decades to receive OTP's. You can't change your phone number through app, you need to visit the branch, that's absurd! And many more shortcomings. Bulgarian Standards are disgusting.
