(Review is for the Greek part of the app; BG may work better). App worked perfectly up until this year, now there are errors every month when I try to pay my instalments to the tune of " Something went wrong - Try again". Sidenote, no English chat support.

It takes decades to receive OTP's. You can't change your phone number through app, you need to visit the branch, that's absurd! And many more shortcomings. Bulgarian Standards are disgusting.

I don't understand why I have two IBANs. It is very confusing to work with the app and fund your account and pay your credit.
