I wanted to give less than one star ⭐ to open an account I uploaded all requested documents, and I received an email that the application expired, and I have to repeat all the process, contacting you by chat the agent just apologized and asked me to do it again, we don't have time to lose for your system bug. that's why I would put less than 1 star, even because I didn't open an account and I had this issue, imagine it was done and I asked for a loan.

It is a good app. Only issue I've experienced recently is that the notifications stopped working. Please fix it. Thanks P.S. The in app notifications stopped Mid March. I have not disabled them, they do not even get created.

I have a stable, decent salary, yet every time I apply, TBI Bank refuses to approve a loan. It’s frustrating and honestly confusing. If most applications to TBI are going to be rejected, what’s the point of promoting TBI as a payment option in the first place? From a customer’s perspective, it feels misleading and like a waste of time during checkout. I’d appreciate more transparency around approval criteria, or at least a more reliable pre-check before presenting it as an available option.
