App keeps logging me out, keeps losing the one device I have (portable air-conditioner), now tells me that common members do not have operational permissions. Can anyone tell me if there is another app that works?

I have kogan vacuum lv20 products. app ok but can't use schedule part. have done all the trouble shooting but still can not set. just have a blank screen , no add button for scheduling. frustrating

Trash app cannot connect to Google Home. Keeps wanting a password. Tried everything, the app looks to be put together without a clue.
