App works great. I'm not coming from OnCue, this is a recent install. Only complaint I have is the lack of a warning about the power from the auxiliary breaker in the ATS. If its turned off or no power is going to the battery charger and or generator accessories, you'll never know until the battery voltage is low. The app does let you know if the E-stop is pushed but not if the battery isn't charging or that the winter accessories aren't powered.

Meh - just ok. When I installed my new 10kW unit, I hardwired a cat6 cable between the controller & home router. The controller connected w/o issue. Creating the EM account, the controller was immediately viewable on the app. Have not had dropout issues like other and alerts have been consistent via the phone/email during gen & ats testing. Exercise alerts & live data (volts/temp/rpm) during the exercise cycle have been consistent. I'm sure more data is buried there, just not viewable.

Very disappointing. The app is unstable - today, I have a message that the unit is offline and not communicating with the app. I went to the controller and verified that the unit shows it is connected via ethernet. I checked to see if there is an update I need to install, but there isn't. So, I am stuck with an app that does nothing for me. I am very disappointed. Please bring back OnCue app - at least that worked!
