I will not be using the app anymore. my store is not staying the same. I tried to do a pick up order, clicking pick up specifically for my store, both items in my order for the same store pickup. now one is ready and one is in fulfillment and shipping? tried to change it or somehow modify the order on the app and cannot. At this point im calling customer service and canceling my whole order. it shouldnt be this difficult, I don't have problems doing pick up orders using any other stores app.

App must be broken. I accidentally hit a key stoke to order something then when I tried to cancel it a minute later it wouldn't let me. This actually happened to me twice. I was super annoyed and this something was shipped. Customer service couldn't help because I had to receive it from it being shipped. The app also charged me twice for the same item. Once it completely processed through bank I was able to write double payment and cancel that. Kohls used to be such a great app.

I really wish this app was better. Sorting is terrible. It allows you to choose things like free ship to store & free pickup in store, but after applying those as filters, there are so many items that come up that are not available for either of those. It truly wastes a lot of time clicking on items that say they are available for pickup at the Clinton store, but they actually are not. It also has items that are not available listed. That is a waste to click on, too. I could go on & on. Bummer.
