Ratings and reviews

This app has excellent service, by phone, WhatsApp and email. Their professionality is really thing. Just suggestion. When view a card details, the verification request needed to prevent from unknown accessing. And by default, this is a financial app, I think screenshot taking prevention is main thing in every financial app. You should add it.

After the upgrade, the app just keep on crashing. 1. The first time I updated, although I have logged on before, it wouldnt load. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it loads. But it's so slow. 2. The portofolio part ALWAYS cause the crash. 3. When I explored other pages, the loading is so slow. I wouldnt care to comment if it isn't that bad. But it is. I'd rather have an app with simple interface but quick rather than a slow "super" app. Please fix this issue.

From my favorite app to my most hated. UI is highly unintuitive, very difficult to understand and it's clear there is no intention to ever fix it. When there was a server isssue, there was no transparency. The worst part is the Customer Support. Keeps on asking the same thing and doesn't help at all. I've never had to deal with a worse CS in my life.
