Kolli is a new app that focuses specifically on recording the condition of your shipments. Easily build up transport files – before and during transport, up to and including delivery to your customer. By maintaining detailed freight information, you can document, control, share and collect evidence of your shipments to prevent potential damage claims.

Kolli has been specifically developed to efficiently manage cargo information and to optimize logistics processes. In this platform, users have the option to visually record freight inspections via a mobile phone or tablet. Documents and other relevant information can also be added. From the central environment, all information can easily be shared with all stakeholders.

Easily create a new file yourself. You can immediately express your wishes regarding loading or securing the load. Via the Kolli app, employees can take one or more photos of the cargo and then provide them with the necessary information, other freight documentation and the container or trailer number. The data and photos can then be checked immediately and any changes can be reported back immediately. All photos and documents can be downloaded individually or as a complete file for archiving or to send to your customer. It is also possible to generate a PDF report of a file to send to your customer.
